Celestial Nyai provides holistic spa therapies, traditional mythology-inspired treatments, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, herbal baths, personalized wellness consultations, body scrubs, and rejuvenation rituals. All services are subject to availability and our professional discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to prevailing taxes. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at our facility. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are required to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. Celestial Nyai is not responsible for any adverse reactions if such information is withheld. We maintain strict hygiene standards and follow all safety protocols.

6. Personal Conduct and Privacy

We expect all clients to maintain respectful conduct. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of service. Your personal information and treatment details are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality.
